Covid-19

 Effective November 2022

​In light of the ever-changing viral environment  some processes and policies  have been modified in the interest of all patient safety.   

If you developed Covid-19, you will need to have proof of negative test before returning to this office.

If you have any of the following symptoms you should let Heather Leigh know before your scheduled appointment: 

• Fever or chills,
• cough,
• shortness of breath,
• muscle pain,
• headache,
• sore throat,
• loss of taste or smell. 
  

Masks are currently required in this office.  This policy is subject to change at any time depending on local viral status. Please be understanding and patient as Heather Leigh commits to decisions to protect all her patients. 

The treatment room is thorough cleaned with anti-viral solution on all surfaces and the air is purified with UVC light between each patient. 

All sessions will need to be prepaid prior to your arrival in order to reduce exposure through signing of charges. You will receive an invoice via email/text 24 hrs. prior to your session which you are welcome to pay with your method of choice or your session will be automatically charged to your card on file just before your session. 

Notify Heather Leigh prior to your appointment if you have been exposed to covid-19 or if you are not feeling well. A suitable solution will be pursued in the interest of all parties.
