PLEASE BE AWARE OF HEATHER'S POLICIES
- All patients / clients are required to provide a credit card to be placed 'on file' for future charges.
- Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be fully charged for the session reserved.
- Heather does not bill insurance and payment is expected at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are cash and credit card payments. no checks.
- Heather needs to know at the beginning of your treatment session if you will require an insurance superbill in order to file a claim on your own. There is a $50 charge for rendering superbills after treatment has concluded (for any time other than the day of actual treatment for each superbill) and for copies of medical records.
- If you are late for your appointment it will still end at the scheduled time. Full payment is expected for your scheduled session time in this event.
- Be sure to dress in comfortable clothing that will allow for freedom of movement during your session. If necessary, your clothing can be removed and you will be draped with a sheet in order to address the soft tissue directly. Your right to privacy and modesty is our utmost concern and we will honor your requests.
